We are looking for a high-ownership Business Manager to drive strategy, operations, and financial performance across Racetrack / Sports. This role works closely with founders and senior leadership to translate vision into execution and scale the business sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Drive business strategy and identify growth opportunities

 🔹 Oversee day-to-day operations and cross-functional execution

 🔹 Own budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance (with finance support)

 🔹 Monitor cash flow, costs, margins, and profitability

 🔹 Build and improve systems, processes, and SOPs

 🔹 Manage internal teams, vendors, and strategic partners

 🔹 Prepare MIS, dashboards, and performance reports

 🔹 Provide data-driven insights for decision-making and ensure compliance

Ideal Candidate

✔ 6–12+ years of experience in business management, operations, consulting, or general management

 ✔ Strong understanding of strategy, finance, and execution

 ✔ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

 ✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

 ✔ High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
