Business Operations Executive

Manage day-to-day operations across orders, inventory, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily orders from Shopify & Amazon (Mon–Sat)
• Coordinate order confirmations (especially COD) and track deliveries
• Manage and update inventory, flag low stock
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and timelines
• Handle basic customer queries
• Support in streamlining operations and other business initiatives

Who You Are:

• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / basic tools
• Good communication skills
• Proactive and able to take ownership
