Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)
As a BDA, you’ll be working directly with D2C sellers on marketplaces like AZ/FK, educating them on how ShopDeck can elevate their business. You’ll drive sales, build relationships, and help sellers optimize their operations.
What will you do?
🌟 Engage with 100-150 e-commerce sellers daily.
🌟 Pitch ShopDeck’s solutions and create leads from conversations.
🌟 Set up demo calls and follow up with potential leads.
🌟 Accurately document interactions in CRM systems.
🌟 Collaborate with the Business Development Team to refine your skills and strategies.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience: 6+ months in an MNC/startup environment OR previous e-commerce experience. Fresh graduates from top colleges with an interest in business development are also encouraged to apply.
✔️ Education: Graduation/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
✔️ Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, and strong analytical abilities.
✔️ Communication: Proficient in both Hindi and English – excellent interpersonal skills are a must!
✔️ Sales Mindset: Ability to understand seller challenges and proactively solve them.
✔️ Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
