CA Articleship/Articled Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants or CA Articleship Candidates to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing financial, compliance, and advisory services to startups and emerging businesses. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Virtual CFO services, financial strategy, and investment structuring.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Virtual CFO functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Work on financial modeling and investor pitch decks for startups seeking funding.
• Support compliance-related activities, including ROC filings, GST, Income Tax, and regulatory reporting.
• Stay updated with financial regulations, startup policies, and best practices.
• Payroll processing
• Bookkeeping & Financial Record Maintenance
• GST & TDS Reconciliation
• Assisting in creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & System Automation

Who Should Apply?

• Semi-Qualified CA (cleared IPCC/Inter – both groups).
• Basic understanding of accounting, taxation, financial analysis, and compliance.
• Genuine interest in startups, fundraising, and advisory services.
• Strong articulation and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Time management
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with clients.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Tally, and Zoho Books.
