Café Chef

1. Job Purpose

To manage café kitchen operations as per existing menu and design simple learn-to-cook formats for kids such as burger, pizza and donut making.

Key Responsibilities1. Menu Execution- Prepare and manage all café menu items (burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, fries, desserts, beverages).

- Ensure taste consistency, portion control and timely service.

- Manage daily kitchen prep and closing.

2. Kids Learning Menu Design- Design simple, safe and no-flame food activities for kids.

- Convert regular menu items into easy learning formats.

- Standardize ingredients and steps for kids workshops and birthday activities.

3. Kids Interaction- Guide kids step-by-step during food making sessions.

- Explain basics in simple language.

- Ensure safety and cleanliness during sessions.

4. Kitchen Hygiene & Control- Maintain hygiene, food safety and cleanliness at all times.

- Follow SOPs for storage, handling and wastage control.

- Coordinate with the centre team during parties and events.

Candidate RequirementsMandatory:

- Experience as a café / QSR / fast-food chef.

- Hands-on knowledge of burgers, pizzas and basic desserts.

- Willingness to work with children.

- Basic communication skills.

Preferred:

- Experience in kids workshops, bakery or live counters.

- Ability to plan and organise simple activity menus.

Working Hours: As per centre operations, including weekends and birthdays. Weekly off as per the roster.
