Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of the Dino-themed indoor play area.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise Play Area Supervisors, Event Coordinators, Workshop Instructors, and Café Staff.
• Activity Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and oversee exciting activities, workshops, and events to engage and delight children.
• Safety and Hygiene: Maintain and enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and secure environment for all visitors.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and professionally, and ensure high levels of visitor satisfaction.
• Event Planning: Coordinate birthday parties and special events in the Party Hall, ensuring every event is memorable.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to promote events, special activities, and the unique features of the play area.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory for play equipment, supplies, and café items.
• Financial Oversight: Assist in budget planning, expense tracking, and financial reporting for the play area and café.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure all play equipment and facilities are in excellent condition and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Café Management: Oversee the operation of the authentic Bubble Tea Cafe, ensuring excellent service and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a children's entertainment or educational environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• A passion for creating fun, engaging, and educational experiences for children.
