Cafe Manager

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Café Manager to lead operations at our new café outlet located at Palace Grounds, Jayamahal. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end café operations or experience in 5-star hotels, with exceptional communication and guest service skills.

• Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day café operations ensuring excellence in service and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate the café team to deliver high standards of customer experience.
• Maintain hygiene, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Handle guest interactions with confidence and professionalism.
• Manage inventory, staff schedules, and coordinate with central teams for smooth functioning.
• Requirements:Minimum 4+ years of experience in cafés or 5-star hotel operations. (QSR experience is considered only if operationally exceptional.)
• Strong understanding of café operations and hospitality standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Confident and personable with guests and staff.
• Must be available for face-to-face interviews.
