👨‍🍳 Role OverviewThe Chef will be responsible for preparing all café items — beverages and snacks — with consistency, quality, and cleanliness.

This role requires someone fast, organized, and passionate about café-style food.

• 🔧 ResponsibilitiesDrink PreparationPrepare matcha drinks, cold coffee, shakes, fusion fizz, and slushes as per café recipes.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quantity, and presentation.
• Manage syrup, coffee concentrate, nata de coco, and other beverage ingredients.
• Food PreparationMake fries, burgers (veg + paneer), and puffs efficiently.
• Prepare waffles and pancakes using the waffle/pancake machine.
• Ensure proper cooking, timing, and quality control.
• Kitchen OperationsMaintain a clean and hygienic workstation.
• Manage daily prep: cutting, mixing, stocking, and organizing ingredients.
• Keep track of inventory and update management when items are running low.
• Handle equipment (slush machine, waffle maker, blender, etc.) safely.
