The Mission

As our Cafe Crew Member, you are the first person our residents see in the morning and the one who keeps them fueled throughout the day. You aren’t just "working a counter"—you are the curator of the space. Whether you’re crafting the perfect morning brew, handling the register, or keeping the cafeteria looking sharp, you’re the go-to person for our community.

What You’ll Be Doing

• The Craft: Whip up great coffee and prep simple, high-quality snacks/meals that keep our residents coming back.

• The Command Center: Manage the counter, handle payments, and keep the order flow smooth even when the morning rush hits.

• The Vibe Check: Keep the cafeteria clean, organized, and inviting. You’re in charge of the music, the mood, and the overall cleanliness of the space.

• The Connection: Get to know our residents. You aren't just a face behind a machine; you’re a key part of our coliving family.

Who You Are

• A Multi-Tasker: You can steam milk, chat with a resident about their weekend, and keep an eye on the oven all at once.
