Job Description
- Prepare and serve the café menu as per the prescribed SOP
• Prepare and serve tea/coffee menu.
• Adheres to defined SOPs and minimise wastage.
• Provide good customer service and build a friendly rapport with customers
• Keep the cafe area tidy and clean at all times
• Adhere to health and safety standards
• Ensuring that all equipment is well maintained
• Assist the cafe leads in innovating and improving the processes for the efficiency of the cafe
• Collect payment and follow Cashier’s Rules & Regulations
