Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with strong English communication skills and experience in CALL AUDITING & FEEDBACK EXPR.  service. You will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the quality of customer service interactions, primarily through phone calls.


Key Responsibilities: ( ONLY NIGHT SHIFT - US TIMEZONE)

  • Quality assessment and control: Evaluate call agents' performance based on established metrics, including communication skills, product knowledge, adherence to scripts, and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly QA reports.Collaborate with trainers and team leads.
  • Participate in calibration sessions and maintain QA records.
