Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:  

Answer a high volume of inbound calls and make outbound calls in a professional manner.

• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot problems with products or services.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the computer system (CRM/Dialer).
• Follow communication guidelines and company procedures for handling calls.
• Meet daily performance goals for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department when necessary.
•  Requirements:  
• Any Degree from the recognised university
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
