Job Description:A premium Dental, Skin & Hair Clinic in Bengaluru is hiring a smart, sincere, and dedicated Receptionist and call centre executive to manage the front desk and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage front desk and welcome patients professionally
• Handle phone calls, appointments, and inquiries
• Maintain patient records and basic documentation
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff
• Manage billing support and follow-ups
• Ensure cleanliness and professionalism at the reception area
• Required Skills:Fluency in English (Mandatory)
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Polite, presentable, and patient-friendly attitude
• Additional Preferences:Knowledge of Kannada/Hindi/Tamil is a plus
• Experience in clinic/hospital front desk preferred
