Call Center Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Outbound Sales Executives to join our call center team for a domestic sales process. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and promote company products/services.
• Explain product details and answer customer queries effectively.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional communication with customers.
• Update call records and customer details in the system.

Requirements:

• Languages: Malayalam (Tamil, and English manageable).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹18,000 per month
• Shift: Day Shift
• Weekly Off: Rotational Off
