Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and caregivers.

Schedule, reschedule, and cancel doctor appointments.

Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and departments.

Maintain and update patient records in CRM systems.

Follow up with patients for appointments, reports, and feedback.

Address patient queries, complaints, and escalate when required.

Coordinate with internal departments (OPD, billing, doctors).

Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality.

Maintain call logs and daily reports.
