Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Outbound Telecaller to join our BPO team. The candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective and existing customers with the objective of promoting the company’s products or services, generating leads, and achieving business targets.

The role requires the Telecaller to communicate effectively and professionally, present information clearly, handle customer queries, and address objections with confidence. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring proper documentation of customer details and call outcomes.

The position demands a results-oriented approach and adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets is essential.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a professional attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
  • Prior experience in outbound calling or telesales is an advantage, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
