Call Centre BPO Executive

We are looking for a Logistics & Insurance Executive to manage day-to-day logistics operations and handle insurance-related processes efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:• Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations

• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

• Handle insurance documentation and claim processes

• Maintain records of shipments, invoices, and reports

• Communicate with clients, drivers, and vendors

• Prepare reports using MS Excel

• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:• Basic knowledge of Logistics / Supply Chain

• Knowledge of insurance processes is an added advantage

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks
