Requirements and Facilities:
Blue collar Requirements:
1. Should know to drive 2 wheeler/Scooter
2. Basic Android phone usage
3. Maps navigation
4. Should purchase own helmet
Facilities:
1. Accomodation Free

3. 2 wheeler with fuel free
4. Cleaning kit free
Benefit:
1. If the person who works for more than a year will be eligible to get 2 lakhs for building a house or for materials purchase.
2. Self skill developement
Salary and structure:
1. First 10 days will be the training period no salary, only food, accommodation and vehicle will be given. Post training, payrole will start the first month and can get 20K plus incentives up to 2K extra and 2K more to the family.
2. From 2nd month 28K + plus 2K to labour. And 4K additional to the worker family.
