We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee our Car Body Shop, Service, and Detailing operations.

Job SummaryThe Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Moto Rhythm’s Car Body Shop, Service, and Detailing departments. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for automotive excellence to ensure top-notch service delivery, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The Manager will lead a team of technicians, coordinate workflows, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of the Car Body Shop, Service, and Detailing departments.
  • Ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs, servicing, and detailing tasks while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of technicians, detailers, and support staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Customer Service:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide service recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Inventory and Resource Management:

  • Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and detailing supplies to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for quality materials at competitive prices.
  • Quality Control and Safety:

  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards in all services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in the workshop.
  • Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and attract new customers.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability of the studio.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and operational improvements.
  • Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive services, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven expertise in car body shop operations, vehicle servicing, or car detailing.
  • Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair, servicing, and detailing techniques.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial oversight.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other Requirements:

  • Familiarity with industry tools, equipment, and software for workshop management.
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
