Role Summary - Join a fast‑moving mobility team as a frontline driver delivering safe, punctual, and professional rides. You’ll represent our brand on the road, follow SOPs, and help deliver a premium, reliable commute experience for corporate and consumer customers.

Key Responsibilities -

• Drive safely and professionally for on‑demand and scheduled trips.
• Maintain punctuality and meet on‑time performance targets.
• Vehicle care: daily checks, cleanliness, basic upkeep reporting.
• Customer experience: polite communication, assist riders when needed, follow service etiquette.
• Follow SOPs for pickups, dropoffs, safety, and incident reporting.
• Use mobile app for trip acceptance, navigation, and logging (training provided).
• Coordinate with operations for shift handovers, route changes, and feedback.

Must Have Requirements-

• Valid driving license for the vehicle category being hired.
• Minimum age 22 years.
• Local knowledge of Bengaluru routes and traffic patterns.
• Smartphone and basic app usage skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.
• Good communication and customer service attitude.
• Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in app‑based driving, corporate commute, or chauffeur roles.
• Basic mechanical awareness for daily vehicle checks.
• Comfortable with shift work including early mornings and evenings.
