Are you passionate about helping students and professionals shape their IT careers?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Career Counsellor to join our growing EdTech team!

You’ll guide learners in choosing the right IT certification and career programs while achieving enrollment goals through consultative and value-based counselling.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and working professionals on IT courses aligned with their goals.
• Convert leads into enrollments through consultative and need-based selling.
• Develop deep knowledge of programs such as Software Development, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity.
• Follow up via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain student data and update the CRM with all interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ offerings.

💡 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in EdTech sales (preferably IT or technical courses).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with IT career paths and technologies (bonus!).
• Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
