Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory)
- Student counseling and career guidance abilities
- Experience in education / inside sales
- Lead conversion and enrollment closure skills
- Active listening and need analysis
- Ability to explain UG & PG course details, eligibility, and benefits
- Follow-up management and relationship building
- Target-oriented mindset with strong persuasion skills
- Objection handling and negotiation skills
- CRM handling and lead tracking
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a work-from-office environment
- Team coordination and collaboration skills
- Good to Have Prior experience in EdTech or Education counseling
- Knowledge of admission processes and documentation
- Experience with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
