• Student guidance: Provide information on programs, guide students through the application process, and help them identify their strengths and career paths.
• Application management: Review applications, verify documents, and communicate with students to ensure all requirements are met.
• Guide prospective students: Assist prospective students in understanding the institution's programs, admission requirements, and application procedures. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about academic offerings, scholarship opportunities, and campus resources.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Collaboration: Work with faculty and administrative teams to support student success and achieve enrollment goals. 
• Data management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students, application materials, and admission decisions. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage admissions data effectively.
• Works collaboratively with other admissions counselors to review applicants, make final admissions decisions, and send out admissions offers.
• Collaborates with parents/guardians to assist students with educational and career planning.
