Job Overview

Seeking enthusiastic and career-driven individuals for the role of Career Development Officer (CDO). The position involves engaging with schools and colleges, counselling students on career pathways, and promoting academic programs. This role suits candidates who enjoy student interaction, counselling, and wish to grow their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit schools and colleges within the assigned region.
• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, career choices, and enrolment procedures.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with school/college administrators, counsellors, and faculty.
• Conduct seminars, presentations, and career guidance sessions for student groups.
• Generate leads and support admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
• Maintain detailed records of visits, student interactions, leads, and conversions.
• Meet outreach, counselling, and enrolment targets consistently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of admission-related processes.
• Represent the institution professionally at educational fairs, workshops, and events.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream.
• Experience:
• Freshers are welcome, OR
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, academic advisory, admissions, sales, or related domains.
• Preferred: Background in counselling, academic advisory, admissions, or education sales.

Skills Required

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Strong ability to engage with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Sales mindset with influencing and persuasion skills.
• Self-driven, energetic, and target-focused.
• Strong organisational and follow-up abilities.

Language Requirements

• Proficiency in English is essential.
