• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist elders with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with mobility, walking, and transfers
• Support meal preparation and feeding as required
• Ensure timely intake of prescribed medicines (as directed)
• Monitor basic health conditions and report changes to family or nurse
• Maintain cleanliness of the patient’s room and surroundings
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with toileting and personal hygiene
• Accompany elders to medical appointments if needed
• Ensure safety and prevent falls or injuries
