Furnishka is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Furniture Fitting and Installation Executive to join our operations team. This role involves furniture delivery, on-site installation, and resolving service issues to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically skilled, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport and deliver furniture items to customer locations.

Assemble and install furniture on-site according to specifications and company standards.

Handle tools and equipment responsibly and maintain them in good condition.

Troubleshoot and resolve any installation or service-related issues on-site.

Communicate professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support.

Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling, logistics, and inventory management.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and service calls.

Requirements:

Prior experience in furniture installation or a related field is preferred.

Basic knowledge of carpentry, tools, and fittings.

Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical diploma or vocational training in carpentry or furniture installation.
