Job Description
Handle billing counter and generate accurate invoices using POS system
Scan products and ensure correct pricing and quantity
Collect payments via cash, UPI, card, or other payment modes
Maintain cash register and ensure proper cash handling
Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries
Ensure cleanliness and organization of billing area
Verify discounts, offers, and promotions while billing
Balance cash at the end of the shift and report discrepancies
Coordinate with floor staff for any product-related issues
