Job brief

We are looking for cashiers to process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle all cash transactions with customers
• Maintain and update manual Bill Details, Gift Voucher Details for audit Purpose on a daily basis
• Well versed with batch closing, cash tallying.
• Resolve Customer Invoice queries & follow up for collection of payment.
• Timely submission of MIS to corporate office.
• Keep reports of transactions
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

Candidates Requirements

• HSC Passed or Any Graduate
• Should have minimum 6 months experience in retail cashier or sales
• Basic computer knowledge and preferably familiar with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Typing Speed minimum 30 – 40 wpm.
