Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer billing using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Scan products and generate accurate bills
- Accept payments via cash, UPI, cards, and other digital modes
- Ensure proper cash handling and maintain cash register accuracy
- Provide bills and collect feedback from customers
- Resolve basic billing-related customer queries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
- Coordinate with floor staff for pricing or product-related clarifications
- Follow company policies and billing procedures strictly
