Job Description
- Generate invoices for vehicle sales, service, and spare parts
- Collect payments (Cash, Card, UPI, Cheque, Finance, etc.)
- Issue payment receipts to customers
- Maintain daily cash register and prepare cash closing report
- Verify and reconcile cash and card payments at the end of the day
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for billing details
- Maintain proper records of transactions
- Deposit daily collections to accounts department/bank
- Ensure customer satisfaction during billing process
