Job Description
Handle billing using POS system accurately
Accept payments (cash, card, UPI, etc.)
Ensure proper invoicing and receipts are issued
Maintain cash register and ensure daily reconciliation
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as per policy
Coordinate with sales staff for smooth checkout process
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
Assist customers in selecting books, stationery, and other products
Provide product knowledge and recommendations
Maintain store display and stock arrangement
Ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized
