About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team as a Cashier & Operations Associate. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will handle billing, manage parcels, oversee staff coordination, and maintain excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle billing and cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage parcel orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities to maintain operational flow.
  • Maintain inventory records and assist in stock management.
  • Address customer queries and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Support the manager in daily operational tasks.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cashiering or restaurant operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing software.
