Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor live CCTV footage across all store locations
- Identify and report:
- Staff misconduct or policy violations
- Safety issues or unusual behavior
- Maintain a daily activity log of incidents
- Share alerts immediately with store managers / operations team
- Review recorded footage when required for investigation
- Ensure proper functioning of cameras and recording systems
- Coordinate with stores for incident verification and follow-ups
