Job Description
1. Observation Skills: Strong attention to detail to detect any deviations in real-time.
2. Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with CCTV monitoring systems.
3. People Management: Ability to interact with on-ground staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
4. Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess situations and escalate concerns appropriately.
5. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
6. Time Management: Capability to multitask and prioritize monitoring responsibilities
efficiently.
7. Integrity & Accountability: Strong ethical conduct in reporting observations
accurately.
8. Experience: Prior experience in surveillance, security monitoring, or operations
management is preferred but not mandatory.
