Job Description
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and remote monitoring tools
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Understanding of data privacy and security practices
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
- Any Graduate (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or similar role (preferred)
- Based at corporate office with continuous monitoring responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV feeds of all dental clinic locations from the corporate office
- Ensure surveillance is limited to permitted areas (reception, waiting area, entrance, billing counters)
- Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or operational issues
- Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and escalation records
- Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and coordinate with IT/vendors for maintenance
- Control and manage access to CCTV footage, ensuring only authorized personnel have access
- Ensure proper storage and retention of footage as per company policy (15–30 days)
- Verify that CCTV signage is displayed at all clinic locations
- May including weekends or holidays
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance data and prevent unauthorized sharing.
