Managing day-to-day activities of all biometric devices/flap barrier/cctv related technical aspect.

• Managing Biometric & CCTV server.

• Managing / Maintaining Students & Employees

registration data.

Employee/Students biometric registration.

• Resolving Employees attendance queries (Pan

India).

• Maintaining biometric terminals, door access control, flap barrier gate derives.

• Biometric Access control (Activation/ Deactivation).

• Providing attendance related support to HR team and Oracle Support team.

• Providing technical support of UNIS & SSM Server applications at all campuses.

Coordinating with the Course Coordinator/ Computer Lab Assistant for uploading/deleting/ modifying student data in the biometric system.

To provide necessary biometric registration training to the concerned school/institute contact person of the students and assist on related issues.

• To solve problems related to biometrics, RFID

cards and access of students.

• Providing and managing third party employee attendance, access for all campus.

• Installing and configuring Biometric Devices, Access Control, CCTV Cameras and NVR/ DVR.

• Monitoring day-to-day activities of all biometric servers, CCTV server, biometric application,terminals, face recognition system and access control devices.

Managing biometric server backup of all campuses on weekly basis.

• To assist IT support team and CCTV operators for all concerned campuses.
• Providing CCTV access to end user through SSM and CCTV application.
• Coordinating with vendor for related hardware/ application issues.
• Maintaining and Updating Asset Inventory.
