Job Title: CCTV Technician (Installation & Sales Support)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician with strong technical knowledge and basic sales skills. The candidate will handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and assist customers in selecting suitable security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems
• Diagnose and repair faults in cameras, DVR/NVR, cabling, and network issues
• Conduct site visits and system testing
• Explain product features and provide basic sales support to customers
• Coordinate with sales team for customer requirements

Requirements & Skills:

• Knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and networking basics
• Experience in camera installation, wiring, and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of security products and solutions
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to support sales by explaining products and services
• Field-ready and willing to travel for installations
• ITI/Diploma or relevant technical experience preferred
