Job Description

  1. Installation:
  • Install, configure, and test security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control devices.
  • Run and manage cabling and wiring for security equipment.
  • Ensure all installations are performed according to the manufacturer's guidelines and industry standards.
  1. Maintenance & Repair:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on security systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in security systems and components.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and perform repairs as needed.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their security needs and provide solutions.
  • Educate clients on system operation and maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues professionally.
  1. Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports and documentation related to service calls and system installations.
  1. Compliance:
  • Ensure all installations and repairs comply with relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest security technologies and industry best practices.
