We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in our expansion efforts.

Role Overview: 

As the face of Machaxi Sports Center, the Center Manager is crucial in enhancing our members' experience, driving sales, and overseeing the smooth operation of the center. This role is perfect for a dynamic and resourceful professional who is fluent in English and possesses basic/medium level computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the sports center's operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both members and staff.

- Sales and Growth: Implement effective strategies to boost center memberships and sales, striving to meet or exceed set targets.

- Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric environment, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and addressing member needs proactively.

- Team Leadership: Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations, while cultivating a motivating atmosphere for team members.

- Compliance and Safety: Ensure the center adheres to all health and safety regulations and maintains compliance with administrative standards.

- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and senior management to align with the center's strategic objectives. 

Qualifications:

  - Excellent command of the English language, both in written and verbal communication.

- Advanced proficiency in computer applications and business software.

- Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to a customer-first mindset.

- Sales-oriented, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- Must own a 2-wheeler for traveling between various Sports Centres.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

- Valid driving license for a 2-wheeler.
