Job Description

  • Oversee daily production of processed and semi-processed items for all outlets
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Monitor inventory levels, FIFO/FEFO, and control wastage
  • Drive continuous process improvement and R&D for new recipes and products
  • Develop seasonal, festive, and special-occasion menus
  • Manage and maintain all central kitchen equipment
  • Train and supervise central kitchen staff
  • Coordinate with outlet teams for demand planning and quality feedback
