Job Description
- Oversee daily production of processed and semi-processed items for all outlets
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels, FIFO/FEFO, and control wastage
- Drive continuous process improvement and R&D for new recipes and products
- Develop seasonal, festive, and special-occasion menus
- Manage and maintain all central kitchen equipment
- Train and supervise central kitchen staff
- Coordinate with outlet teams for demand planning and quality feedback
