Centre Manager- New Cities

Cult is looking for strong leaders (men & women) who can travel, manage operations, drive sales, and launch fitness centers across 100 cities in India.

This is a high-ownership, field-based role with fast growth and direct exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel across India to launch new Cult centers
• Handle day-to-day centre operations and on-ground execution
• Drive sales, membership revenue, and target achievement
• Ensure excellent customer experience at the gym
• Manage, train, and motivate centre staff and managers
• Ensure gym is clean, safe, and fully operational
• Follow company SOPs and processes
• Monitor daily reports, sales numbers, and performance
• Support city handover to regional teams after launch

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years of B2C / Field Sales / Operations experience
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Fitness enthusiast with strong mental and physical stamina
• Willing to travel extensively for work
• Strong ownership mindset (Company > Team > Self)
