We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and grow the Karnataka Softball Premier League (KSPL). The candidate will be responsible for overall operations, revenue generation, partnerships, and strategic expansion of the league.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage overall league operations
• Develop and execute business growth strategies
• Drive sponsorships, partnerships, and revenue generation
• Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and stakeholders
• Oversee marketing, promotions, and branding activities
• Ensure smooth execution of matches and league events
• Manage internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations
• Represent KSPL in meetings, negotiations, and public engagements

• RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in the sports industry
• Strong background in sponsorships, sales, or business development
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and networking abilities
• Ability to manage high-level partnerships and operations
