Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Manage inventory, report shortages, and assist in daily stock planning.

1. Stall Operations

Set up and operate the Namma Ooru Chaat stall at designated locations.

Handle sensor-based golgappa serving machine and other equipment.

Serve customers efficiently and maintain friendly, hygienic service.

Manage payments via cash/UPI and track daily sales.

2. Customer Engagement & Reporting

Greet and engage with customers warmly; explain product offerings.

Take customer feedback and pass suggestions to the team.

Maintain daily sales and inventory records.

Ensure timely opening and closing of the stall as per schedule.

Skills & Requirements:

Prior experience in food preparation or stall operation is a plus (training can be provided).

Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness in food service.

Physically fit and energetic

Honest, punctual, and reliable.

Basic smartphone handling (for UPI, stock tracking, or WhatsApp communication).
