Channel Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Development & OnboardingIdentify potential channel partners (brokers, builders, property consultants, agencies).
• Pitch NoBroker’s offerings and onboard partners onto the platform.
• Educate partners about NoBroker products, processes, and benefits.
• Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
• Resolve partner queries and ensure long-term engagement.
• Sales & Revenue GrowthDrive business leads and conversions through channel partners.
• Achieve assigned targets for partner onboarding, activation, and revenue.
• Monitor partner performance and suggest improvement strategies.
• Market IntelligenceGather market insights on competitors, pricing, and partner feedback.
• Identify new opportunities to improve channel performance.
• Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with internal sales, operations, and support teams.
• Maintain accurate partner data and activity reports in CRM systems.
• Provide regular updates on channel performance and growth metrics.
