Channel Sales Manager - Real Estate Projects
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Channel Sales Manager with proven experience in building and managing a network of channel partners to drive real estate project sales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing strategic partnerships with channel partners to increase our market presence and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to drive real estate project sales and maximize revenue.
2. Research and identify potential channel partners in the real estate industry, including brokers, agents, agencies, and real estate consultants.
3. Reach out to prospective partners, establish relationships, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements for collaboration.
4. Onboard, train, and motivate channel partners to effectively promote and sell our real estate projects.
5. Provide continuous support and guidance to channel partners, including product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing materials.
6. Monitor channel partner performance, track sales activities, and provide regular progress reports to the management team.
7. Conduct regular meetings with channel partners to review performance, address challenges, and formulate strategies for improvement.
8. Stay updated on market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns and sales incentives for channel partners.
10. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination between channel partners and internal departments.
11. Utilize CRM systems or other relevant tools to accurately track leads, opportunities, and sales generated through channel partners.
12. Stay updated on the real estate industry's regulations, legal processes, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Channel Sales Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
2. Strong track record of successfully building and managing a network of channel partners for real estate project sales.
3. In-depth understanding of the real estate market, industry dynamics, and sales cycles.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
5. Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to establish fruitful partnerships with potential channel partners.
6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
7. Ability to analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
8. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software/tools.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
