Channel Partner Manager

Role Overview

A Channel Partner Manager develops, supports, and grows a network of business partners to drive business.

• Key Responsibilities
• 1. Partner Acquisition & OnboardingIdentify and recruit new channel partners (dealers, distributors, resellers)
• Evaluate potential partners based on business fit and market reach
• Onboard and train new partners on products/services
• 2. Relationship Management
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
• Act as the main point of contact for partner queries and support
• Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews
• 3. Training & Enablement
• Provide product training, sales tools, and marketing materials
• Ensure partners understand offerings and positioning
• Organize workshops, webinars, or demos
• 4. Performance Monitoring
• Track partner sales performance and KPIs
• Analyze data to identify improvement areas
• Provide feedback and corrective action plans
• 5. Marketing Collaboration
• Work with marketing teams for joint campaigns
• Support partners in local promotions and lead generation
• 6. Conflict Resolution
• Handle disputes between partners or with customers
• Ensure smooth operations across the channel ecosystem
