Job Description – Channel Sales / Channel Sourcing Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Channel Sales / Channel Sourcing Executive with 3–5 years of experience in building and managing broker/agent networks for apartment and residential plot projects. The role focuses on onboarding new channel partners, driving site visits, and generating consistent bookings through channel networks.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with brokers, CPs, and real estate agencies.

● Regularly update partners on project details, pricing, offers, and availability.

● Generate leads, site visits, and closures through the channel network.

● Conduct project briefings, meetings, and channel partner events.

● Track CP performance and ensure timely payouts documentation.

● Maintain accurate records of channel partners, leads, and conversions.

● Liaise with internal sales & marketing teams for smooth coordination.

Requirements

● 3–5 years of experience in channel sales/sourcing (real estate preferred).

● Strong network with brokers/CPs in Bangalore is an added advantage.

● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

● Ability to travel locally for partner meetings & briefings.

● Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business & CRM tools.

● Proactive, energetic, and target-driven.

Work Details

● Location: Seshadripuram, Bangalore

● Work Days: Monday to Sunday (weekday off only; no offs on Sat/Sun)

● Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

● Salary: As per industry standards + attractive incentives
