Job Description – Chart Maker

Position: Chart Maker

Department: Production / Kitchen

Reporting To: Production Head / Store Manager

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare charts, syrups, mixtures, and bases as per standard recipes.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and quantity.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards at all times.
• Measure ingredients accurately and avoid wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow SOPs and instructions given by the Production Head.
• Support the team during peak production and festive seasons.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of prepared items.
• Report any quality issues or shortages to the supervisor.
• Skills & RequirementsExperience in sweet shop / food production preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions carefully.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours.
• Team player with a responsible attitude.
• QualificationMinimum basic education (preferred).
• Experience in similar role is an added advantage.
• Working ConditionsRotational shifts.
• Weekends and festival working required.
