Job Description – Customer Support Executive
Position: Customer Support Executive
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Location: Bellendur , Bangalore
Job Overview:
Multichannel Support
Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, live chat, and email promptly and professionally.
Utilize effective communication skills to provide clear and concise information to customers.
2. Issue Resolution
Investigate and resolve customer issues related to credit card transactions, billing, account management, and other inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.
3. Product Knowledge
Stay informed about Credit Cards' products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist customers with understanding credit card features, benefits, and terms.
4. Quality Assurance
Ensure all interactions with customers adhere to compliance and quality standards.
Strive for first-contact resolution and high customer satisfaction.
5. Documentation
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Document common issues and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures.
6. Customer Education
Educate customers on self-service options and online tools to empower them to manage their accounts independently. What you will need
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven customer service experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial industry
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-centric approach.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with credit card processes, regulations, and financial terminology is a plus.
Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.

Minimum 6 months to 1Yrs experience of care (chat, call, Email)Either one ,if all that is a plus.
Fluent in English & Hindi Communication (mandatory).
