Live Chat Handling: Engage with customers through live chat platforms to resolve queries, provide support, and offer information about products or services.

Problem Solving: Identify customer concerns and troubleshoot issues efficiently without voice interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Multitasking: Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining speed and accuracy in responses.

Documentation: Record details of customer interactions, issues, and solutions accurately in the system for future reference.

Collaboration & Escalation: Work with relevant internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
